Duties (or Import Tax) are the responsibility of the buyer/importer, not CSTOYS.
USPS typically collects duties and fees at delivery.
If the recipient refuses to pay, the parcel may be returned to Japan.
CSTOYS will not refund product cost or shipping fees if a parcel is returned for duty refusal.
Any re-shipping costs due to customs delays or returns will be borne by the customer.
