Additional Fees Other Than Product Price / 商品代金以外の必要料金

In addition to the product price, the following fees may apply:

  • Shipping Fees: International shipping fees, including DHL or other available international shipping services.
  • Packing and Handling Fee: A packing and handling fee may be charged depending on the weight, size, and handling requirements of the order. This fee generally ranges from approximately JPY 300 to JPY 700 per order.
  • Import Duties, Taxes, VAT, Customs Fees, Brokerage Fees, and Carrier Handling Fees: These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. They are the responsibility of the customer.
  • United States DHL DDP Shipments: For shipments to the United States where DHL DDP, Delivered Duty Paid, is selected or clearly indicated at checkout, applicable import duties and taxes handled through DHL are included in the amount charged at checkout. In such cases, the customer should not normally be asked by DHL to pay those covered duties and taxes again upon delivery. However, charges not covered by the DDP arrangement, charges caused by incorrect delivery information, refused delivery, storage, re-delivery, return shipping, or other special handling may remain the responsibility of the customer.
  • Payment Fees: Bank transfers are not accepted. Any fees charged by the customer’s payment provider, credit card company, PayPal, or bank are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items / 不良品・誤配送

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the product description due to our error, please contact us at contact@cstoysjapan.com as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

For pre-owned, used, vintage, or collectible items, normal signs of use, age-related wear, box damage, minor scratches, discoloration, sticker wear, battery corrosion risk, weakened joints, or other conditions clearly shown in photos or described on the product page are not considered defects.

Returns, Refunds, and EU Right of Withdrawal / 返品・返金およびEU撤回権

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and EU withdrawal requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Customers located in the European Union may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the order, subject to applicable law.

To exercise the EU right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal button/form available on our store. Please do not return any item before receiving return instructions from CSTOYS International.

For DHL DDP shipments to the United States, import duties and taxes covered by the DDP arrangement are included in the amount charged at checkout. If an order is cancelled before shipment, these amounts may be refunded where applicable. If the shipment has already been processed, shipped, delivered, refused, returned, or assessed by the carrier or customs authority, duties, taxes, shipping charges, carrier fees, or handling fees may not be refundable, depending on the actual costs incurred.

For shipments other than United States DHL DDP shipments, return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees, and other third-party charges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless required otherwise by applicable law.
