Why does CSTOYS use EMS only? (Effective from Jan. 2026)
Due to recent changes in international postal services announced by Japan Post, several lower-cost shipping options have become limited or discontinued.
While services such as International ePacket and ePacket Light are still available in some regions, they may have restrictions such as limited country coverage, no insurance, or insufficient delivery confirmation for international e-commerce transactions.
To ensure reliable delivery, full tracking, insurance coverage, and buyer protection, CSTOYS currently ships international orders exclusively via EMS.
This policy helps prevent delays, losses, and disputes, and ensures a safer shipping experience for both buyers and sellers.

Packing & Shipping
After receiving your order, your items will be shipped out within 3 business days after confirming your payment.
Packing Fee
A packing fee of about 300 to 700 yen (approx. $3–$5 USD) will be charged per order depending on the weight of the product.
Carrier
We use Japan Post or DHL. Depending on circumstances such as pandemics, strikes, wars, or severe weather, we may select the most reliable carrier to secure delivery.
For U.S. Customers
- Starting August 2025, all items shipped from Japan to the United States are subject to a 15% U.S. import duty. (Read More)
- To simplify the process, this 15% duty is already included in the product prices shown to U.S. customers.
- No additional duties or taxes will be collected at the time of delivery.
- Shipping fees displayed at checkout reflect only the carrier’s charges plus packing fee.
