Important Notice Regarding International Shipping from January 2026

Thank you very much for your continued support of CSTOYS International. We would like to provide an important update regarding our international shipping policy, along with the background behind recent changes and our plans moving forward.

Background: Changes in International Postal Services

Over the past year, international postal services have undergone significant changes. In particular, Japan Post has announced the discontinuation and limitation of several international shipping options, including airmail-based parcel services.

While alternative services such as International ePacket and ePacket Light still exist in limited forms, these options may lack essential elements for international e-commerce, such as insurance coverage, reliable delivery confirmation, or stable tracking across all destination countries.

As an international retailer specializing in collectible and often irreplaceable items, CSTOYS places the highest priority on safe delivery, accountability, and customer protection.

Current Shipping Policy (Temporary Measure)

To avoid delivery issues, losses, or confusion during this transitional period, CSTOYS has adopted the following temporary shipping policy:

• For most international destinations:
  Orders are shipped exclusively via EMS.
• For customers in the United States:
  Orders are continually shipped exclusively via :DHL.

This policy is expected to remain in effect until approximately mid-January 2026. While this may limit shipping options in the short term, it allows us to ensure reliable tracking, insurance coverage, and clear delivery records for every order.

Looking Ahead: Introduction of UGX

CSTOYS is actively preparing for the next phase of our shipping operations. We plan to begin introducing UGX, a new international courier service operated in cooperation with Japan Post, starting in early January 2026.

UGX is designed as a courier-type service, offering improved stability, enhanced tracking, and better suitability for international e-commerce compared to traditional postal options. Once operational readiness and destination coverage are confirmed, UGX will be gradually introduced alongside existing methods.

Detailed information regarding UGX availability, eligible destinations, and shipping rates will be announced separately as soon as they are finalized.
