A general sense of manners and keeping to oneself was something that stood out when I visited Japan. Of course, each individual have different degrees of manners but a whole the people were much nicer than other countries I have been to.

一般的なマナー意識と引っ込み思案なところは、私が日本を訪れたときに際立って感じたことでした。もちろん、個々の振る舞いの度合いは異なりますが、私が今まで行ったことのある他の国よりもはるかに人々が親切でした。
