Catching up with technology is something we pursue here at CSTOYS when it comes to the services we provide and make our customers happy and confident with us. On Thursday, June 27th, Shopify Japan (Our EC commerce Service Provider) invited us to join their first Shopify Unite 2018 in Japan event held in Shibuya, Tokyo and we were there to learn what could enhance our store and make our customers more access to their favorite Tokusatsu toys.
The meeting was opened with a speech by Mr. Ian Burney, Ambassador of Canada to Japan, and shared his experience with growing up in Japan when he was a kid and how he was fascinated by Ultraman, Kamen Riders, and Super Sentai series. But when he came back to Canada, he was hugely disappointed because he was no longer be able to watch his favorite Japanese Tokusatsu shows anymore, and no more Tokusatsu toys in his Canadian neighborhood anymore. Canadian Ambassador, making his opening remarks about Tokusatsu toys at the very first developer conference of Shopify Japan in Tokyo. Not only that, but he received an S.H.Figuart (Kamen Rider Meteor, I assume?) from the event organizer on the stage at the end of his speech! Now, that is something, my friends :)
Many functions and plug-ins were introduced at the conference, but we would like to list some of the new features that we might be able to install in our online store this summer.
These are just a part of what is going on with Shopify, our EC service provider and we are thrilled to bring more new features to our store as they introduce later.
CSTOYS, but not just toys :)
