They are used. So what?

January 18, 2015

We are pleased to announce that we have begun selling used items on our store! These items come from a variety of places (donation from Japanese citizens, eBay, second hand shops, etc.) all across the country to fit your tokusatsu needs. Hopefully we find what you've always been looking for!

As the name suggests, all items are in used condition. These are divided up into two categories: [BOXED] and [LOOSE].

  • [BOXED] items are all in used condition, but include their original retail box and inserts. In some instances, these items could be unopened. Their condition will be stated in the product description on the page.
  • [LOOSE] items are in used condition and do not include their original boxes. Their condition and any problems or missing pieces will be listed in the product description.

As stated, these are used items. As such, sometimes parts may be missing, electronics may not work, or included gimmick bonuses (Ranger Keys, Zyudenchi, etc.) may be absent. It is important that you look at the photographs and read the product descriptions of each item to know what is or is not included with the item you want to purchase.

We will constantly be getting new used items in all the time. If something you want isn't here, keep checking back! Here is our JotForm on our Used Toy page that lets you guys suggest series, toy lines, or items you'd like to see more of! While we can't control what we find, we'll certainly keep the suggestions in mind.

It's important to note that this is NOT a special request service. We will not take requests for items and hunt them down for you. We're more than open to suggestions on what to try and find, but we will not hunt down items on a case by case basis. Thank you for your understanding.

This is a huge expansion for CSToys, and we hope that this new service can bring some great items to fans all around the world!

Mr. Wakafuji to Reboot his Tokusatsu Bar "Hero Star" from Dec. 20th, 2016

December 02, 2016

Rebooting "Hero Star", A Tokusatsu Bar in Matsuyama, JapanMr. Wakafuji is our toku friend here in Matsuyama, and we have been working together for quite some time now since we met at our ex-Okaido Store in 2011. His vast toku related toy-collections easily go over 40,000 and one of his main businesses has been to rent his precious collection to companies, local governments nationwide. "Hero Star", another part of his business operations, has been closed since last May 2016, and many of his local toku friends and fans have been waiting patiently for the new start of his bar, and we learned this today that his tokusatsu bar will be re-opened again on December 20th 2016 in the center of Matsuyama Downtown, with the size of 854 sq ft, well enough to hold a mini live concert with Anime & Tokusatsu Karaoke.

[Live Stream] CS Toys' Alternative Show

As we get many Tokusatsu related toys from our wholesalers, what we called them as "Toymen" every Friday, we open the new toys and demo them LIVE on our Youtube Live Channel every Saturday 2 to 4 PM JST. Since our live show is in Japan Standard Time, not too many people can attend the show or watch it live but we sincerely hope the following list of our show videos will help our friends and customers to watch and enjoy them.
