Cryner Apology :(

Dear Customers,

I am very sorry to announce that there was a mistake in our listing of the Premium Bandai ToQger General Schwarz’s Kuliner (Cryner) Robo item. During out preorder period, the description of the item was said to include the singular elbow joint and the extra parts to change the toy into the normal Cryner Robo usually piloted by the Kuros in the series. This was a mistake on our part.

The items were a part of a campaign from Premium Bandai, included with the item for those that purchased both the Cryner Robo as well as the Chogokin DX ToQ-Oh released last month. If you did not previously purchase the Chogokin DX ToQ-Oh, you did not receive the items.
Our copy writer and our other staffs were not aware that the items were a campaign bonus, and included it in the product description unknowingly. It should have been double checked before it went up for order, but we failed to do that and fully understand that it was a campaign item, and not a normally included item.

Of our ten Cryner Robo orders, two customers purchased the Chogokin DX ToQ-Oh as well. Those two customers will be receiving the bonus parts as following the rules of the campaign. Unfortunately we do not have enough additional sets to cover the remaining 8 customers who pre-ordered the Cryner Robo.

We wish to give all 8 customers effected by this error a ¥1,000 credit to use on a future purchase. If the lack of these parts matters greatly to you, we will also allow any of those customers to cancel their order of the Cryner Robo and refund in full if they so desire. Even if you cancel, you will receive the ¥1,000 credit as our sincere apologies.

For future pre-order campaigns, we will have our staffs take a closer look at the pages to ensure the actual accessory count, and make sure that none of the included items are a limited campaign bonus.
Again, we are truly sorry for this error, and hope you will continue to support us.

i ordered both robos I just wanted to know if I will be receiving the extra part. I was confused when I didn’t see it with the robo.
