We sometimes fail in our attempt to contact some pre-order customers. They have paid for the pre-order item already and we received their Premium Bandai Exclusive items after 2 or 3 months later but then they are not responding to our EMS Shipping Fee request mail :(
To avoid this and have a closer contact with our pre-order customers, we have made an update on how we handle the program. We understand this is another annoying registration, but we sincerely want to avoid the miscommunication with you.
To stay in touch with our pre-order customers and make sure we can get you the Premium Bandai Exclusives, we have decided to ask all of our pre-order customers to join our Pre-Order Mailing List. The list will be used only to use contacting you for your EMS shipping fee when the pre-order items arrive our store. Please make sure to register your most current and contacting email address so we can send you an email for EMS Shipping Fee Payment Form to complete your pre-order.
