Japan Post has informed us of possible customs delays or returns of U.S.-bound parcels due to the suspension of the $800 de minimis exemption. Please be aware of the following:

Starting Aug 29, 2025, U.S. Customs may charge duties on all imports, even under USD 800.
Duties (or Import Tax) are the responsibility of the buyer/importer, not CSTOYS.
USPS typically collects duties and fees at delivery.
If the recipient refuses to pay, the parcel may be returned to Japan.
CSTOYS will not refund product cost or shipping fees if a parcel is returned for duty refusal.
Any re-shipping costs due to customs delays or returns will be borne by the customer.

The oldest of the ToQ Ressha is the Diesel Ressha, a long diesel engine that needs a healthy dose of IMAGINATION to start up. The Diesel Ressha on its own measures 550mm long, an incredible feat for one Ressha all by itself. Unlike Tank and Car Carrier before it, Diesel Ressha does not combine with ToQ-Oh to create a new formation. Instead, Diesel Ressha can combine with the Tank and Car Carrier Ressha to form Diesel-Oh, a whole new robot to use in the fight against the Shadow Line. Finally, Diesel-Oh and ToQ-Oh can combine together to form ChoToQ-Oh, a combination of all eight Ressha. Diesel-Oh’s formation works just like ToQ-Oh, with his feet and arms swappable with the current array of Ressha available in the line to make unique combinations.
