Japan Post has informed us of possible customs delays or returns of U.S.-bound parcels due to the suspension of the $800 de minimis exemption. Please be aware of the following:

Starting Aug 29, 2025, U.S. Customs may charge duties on all imports, even under USD 800.
Duties (or Import Tax) are the responsibility of the buyer/importer, not CSTOYS.
USPS typically collects duties and fees at delivery.
If the recipient refuses to pay, the parcel may be returned to Japan.
CSTOYS will not refund product cost or shipping fees if a parcel is returned for duty refusal.
Any re-shipping costs due to customs delays or returns will be borne by the customer.

Our secondary Rider, Kamen Rider Mach arrives mysteriously on the scene of the crime! To aid in the battle against the Roidmudes, Mach uses the Zenrin Shooter to attack! The Zenrin Shooter can flop between Zenrin Mode and Shooter Mode. Zebrine Mode focuses on the front wheel, where Mach uses the wheel as a melee weapon against enemies. Shooter Mode focuses on the gun aspects of the device, allowing Mach to shoot Roidmudes at long distances. The toy can house one Shift Car, Viral Core, or Signal Bike to initiate the full throttle attack. Unfortunately there is no reader in the device, so it doesn’t matter what item is inserted, all sounds will be the same. The toy also has no connectivity with the Drive Driver or Mach Driver, unlike previous weapons released in the line. Included with the toy is the Signal Magaru Signal Bike. This turn-signal ability gives Mach new sounds and attacks in the Mach Driver.
