Kei swears he will kill Ultraman Geed, and all of sudden, he makes a bold attempt to break into the Nebula House. Kei works quickly to erase REM's memory, but luckily due to Riku's quick thinking, his team makes it out. However, they suddenly met a women claims she is REM! REM has prepared for a situation like this, and secretly created an artificial body to transplant herself in. Relieved, Riku and the others plot to take back the Nebula House, but an unexpected enemy stands before them.
