Dear Customers,

Thank you for using our service and we appreciate your business with us as always. Since our successful launch of last Sunday activation on May 14th together with our "Spring into Summer Sale 2017", we have been receiving unusual number of orders from all over the world and we are so thrilled and excited. CSTOYS team has been working hard to process your packing & shipping as usual until yesterday, Tuesday May 16th and we have so far processed until your invoice #11909 and completed their shipping. 

And suddenly one challenge hit us.

Our packing operation manger, Paqueen (and my wife) , has become sick and suffering from her high fever since yesterday. Her condition is stable now with her medication and treatment at hospital but her doctor has suggested us to take 2 or 3 days off from the work. Also there is one thing we have another challenge to overcome this week is that our another important CSTOYS teammate, Packer Maki, needs to be absent until this weekend. Since our packing operation is heavily depending on these two, please expect the rest of our packing operation would be delay in 1 or 2 days. 

I personally do my best I can do for the packing myself alone until this weekend, so please be patient with me for the delay of our packing operation.
