A: There are many reasons for declining payments and each case has to be investigated individually.  In your case, there is no record of your purchase at your store account under your account and we see your credit card was declined by your bank or credit card issuer. We are sorry but we certainly did not "take" your money, but your credit card was not good at this time and failed...

Please contact your bank or call your credit card company to fix your situation.
