Important Notice for U.S. Customers (Effective August 29, 2025):
Japan Post has informed us of possible customs delays or returns of U.S.-bound parcels due to the suspension of the $800 de minimis exemption. Please be aware of the following:
- Starting Aug 29, 2025, U.S. Customs may charge duties on all imports, even under USD 800.
- Duties (or Import Tax) are the responsibility of the buyer/importer, not CSTOYS.
- USPS typically collects duties and fees at delivery.
- If the recipient refuses to pay, the parcel may be returned to Japan.
- CSTOYS will not refund product cost or shipping fees if a parcel is returned for duty refusal.
- Any re-shipping costs due to customs delays or returns will be borne by the customer.

Authorize! As always, the Progrise Keys hit the SG Candy Toyline. Much like SG Ride Watches, the SG Progrise Keys function entirely off of a button on the side of the toy, as opposed to the button on top. The toy will cycle through a number of sounds, so you have to make sure the toy is queued to the toy you're using it with. It's worth noting that no lights are included in these toys, but the flip-out key function still remains.
This is the SG 04 release of Sting Scorpion, the Progrise Key used by Kamen Rider Horobi to transform into Sting Scorpion.
