Kei Fukuide moves forward in eliminating Ultraman Zero via the "Great Plan." Kei invites Riku, Reito, and their friends to be his guests at his upcoming lecture for a new book. There Kei confronts Zero who has become aware of Kei's intentions. However, it is all part of the plan, as Kei summons Galactron and uses the lecture attendees as his hostages. The situation becomes critical as Ultraman Geed discovers he is unable to compete with Galactron. Kei's foul game places Zero in the middle of a tough decision...
