Q: I live in Japan now. Is it possible to purchase your items and ship my order to where I live now?

A: Yes, you can but only by Japan Post’s Service called “Yu-Pack Chakubarai (P.O.D.)” 

After we received your order and confirmed its payment, we will pack & ship it to your shipping address in Japan. Usually within 2 or 3 days, a Japan Post mail carrier delivers you the package and asked for the shipping fee. Please pay for the amount the delivery person asks you and you will receive the package.

A: Now it has been moved and only appear when you checkout with our items due to avoid spam emails and bots registering at our store with random names and email accounts. 


Q: I recently purchased some items on your website but it's seem to be an error with my order that why i can't see the order on my account but you guys already withdrawed money from my bank.

A: There are many reasons for declining payments and each case has to be investigated individually.  In your case, there is no record of your purchase at your store account under your account and we see your credit card was declined by your bank or credit card issuer.
Q: It has been more than 48 hours since I received your shipping information, and there is still a, "no results found" message when I conduct a search. Would it be possible to receive an update on the shipping status of my order directly from you?

A: We saw your shipping choice was Registered SAL (Delivery Time: 7-45 days) , the most economical way to ship your package and it takes more time to be tracked than any other shipping methods since it is carried slower than other shipping methods. Please be patient for it and it should appear in the tracking soon as it reached the next shipping sorting facility and our tracking system will send you more updates on it.
