Q: I was taken to Japanese Paypal transaction site? What should I do?

Pull down Menu for Currency Changer. A: Please pick your currency from the pull-down menu first. 

Since we newly moved to this our store on Shopify, the migration to this new site and platform is slightly making our customers confused or misguided time to time. 

One of the most popular questions we receive now is when our customer checkout and taken to Japanese Paypal Checkout Page!! 

To avoid this happening to you, you can simply change the currency switcher on the top right corner and it says "Pick a currency". Since our new store can offer multiple choice of currencies including JPY, INR*, GBP, CAD, USD, AUD and EUR, try switching them to your local currency and it should solve the issue.  

If not, and still taken to the Paypal checkout page in Japanese, see the top right corner on the page if you can see a language switcher there. It might first show “日本語 (Japanese)” but there should be a pulldown menu for English page. You can choose English and you should be able to take care the rest of the process.

A: Now it has been moved and only appear when you checkout with our items due to avoid spam emails and bots registering at our store with random names and email accounts. 


Q: I recently purchased some items on your website but it's seem to be an error with my order that why i can't see the order on my account but you guys already withdrawed money from my bank.

A: There are many reasons for declining payments and each case has to be investigated individually.  In your case, there is no record of your purchase at your store account under your account and we see your credit card was declined by your bank or credit card issuer.
Q: It has been more than 48 hours since I received your shipping information, and there is still a, "no results found" message when I conduct a search. Would it be possible to receive an update on the shipping status of my order directly from you?

A: We saw your shipping choice was Registered SAL (Delivery Time: 7-45 days) , the most economical way to ship your package and it takes more time to be tracked than any other shipping methods since it is carried slower than other shipping methods. Please be patient for it and it should appear in the tracking soon as it reached the next shipping sorting facility and our tracking system will send you more updates on it.
