Packing videos are one of our important service operations. However, we are experiencing some issues with the connection between our PC and other related devices and not able to record and stream them well. We are working on this now and we apologize the inconvenience this causes for your packing videos. We replaced our related devices with a simple webcam for now and it should do fine for now. We will post our update as we manage the situation.
