"When do they start my packing?"
"Did they ship it out?" "Where are my items now?"
We know how you feel when you order something over the internet and your items have to come a long long way from Japan to your door. That's why we created this page for you to show your items being packed LIVE and RECORDED, shipped out, and track them where they are now. Thanks to Japan Post Office's new service, now our new standard Registered SAL & Airmail shipping are with:
Tracking Number
See details at "2-(5) Registered/Insured Items (Airmail)" and "2-(6) Registered/Insured Items (SAL)" for the
When we start packing, we tweet our 5 digit invoice number you have in our order confirmation mail. Be sure to follow us on our twitter account (@cstoys) so you will know when your item packing stream is LIVE! You can visit our Packing Table Camera Channel from here too. Streaming your packing also brings another great benefit which is Ustream's Recorded Videos. We have been recording every packing so far and save them on our Ustream.tv channel archives and you can check how we handled your items even after you missed the live stream. Come and Visit here to look for your recorded packing videos.
To Search your videos, just type in your 5-digit invoice number into the search window on the page. Make sure you are searching in "Archived Videos"
2. Find your item pictures before and after our packing.
We take pictures of every order we receive to make sure what you are getting and these pictures can be found on our Flickr site. But wait! We figured it would be very convenient for you to search for your item pictures right here on this page! So we worked with our JaveScript Master... and here it is! It is simple. Just type in your invoice number and hit the button! If you see your item pictures it is done :-) And if you don't see your item, then it means we have not done it yet. Hope this helps :-)

3. Track your package with your tracking number.
After we shipped out our packages, we send our shipping confirmation mail to you and its title should say "Your Order Has Been Shipped!" and be easy to find it in your mail. In the mail you can see some information there like this:
Copy the number, and go to Japan Post's English Service page and paste the number to the search window there and hit the "GO" button. It should tell you where your package is and its status now.
When the status says "Dispatch from outward office of exchange", it means your package has been taken to your country already and you may need to check the Postal carrier in your country (ex. USPS for U.S.) . Japan Post office does not take your items all the way to your door, but they work closely with the Postal Service Company in your country. And it will be wise to check your post office's website and use their tracking service on their website as well.
