Q: I am from Taiwan and I would like to know if you can send an item by SAL to our country. A: Unfortuantely Taiwan does not support SAL shipping but AIRMAIL or EMS ONLY. If you choose SAL and paid for the items and the shipping, we will contact you first by email, and refund you the moeny and ask you to reorder it again. Please note that there are some countries that do not have SAL service and please check HERE at Japan Post's Website. Q: What is the new policy on shipping charge and how does it effect me? A: For most of our customers, the shipping fees won't change and stay the same. However, if you are purchasing too many items over 2kg and trying to send it by SAL or AIRMAIL, your shipping method will be changed to "PERCEL POST's SAL or AIRMAIL" and the shipping fee will be changed.
There are 2 different kinds of SAL & AIRMAIL shipping methods, one is for a delivery box up to 2kg (called "Small Packet") and the other is for a box simply up to 30kg Max. (called "PERCEL POST" which comes with an insurance). We have been using Japan Post's "Small Packet Service" for SAL & AIRMAIL for many reasons. Since our toys are small enough to fit under a 2 kg weight restruction and a 90 cm length restruction by Japan Post, these shipping methods have been the most popular choices for our customers for their inexpensive fees. However, there are some cases have been challenging us being not able to pack many items into one SAL or AIRMAIL box and we had to split the order into 2 or 3 boxes and simply we have been paying for the extra shipping fees. With our growing numbers of our customers purchasing more toys with SAL or AIRMAIL shipping, we are no longer able to cover these extra shipping fees and we have decided to change the rule.

A: You can pay by paypal , credit card or store credit. Please be sure that we can’t accept any cash or check note. Q: I bought an item but was not satisfied with it. Can I send it back to your shop and get a refund ? A: I’m afraid but we basically cannot accept the items to be returned and any refund. However, If you find the item is defected, please let us know by e-mail. Then we will send the replacement. If the item was lost during the shipment, and you ordered it by EMS, You will be covered by the insurance. Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Q: How long does it take to send the item which I ordered ? A: It depends on the method of shipment and country where you live. Generally, It takes 3 to 5 business day by EMS, 7 to 10 days by Air mail, 7days to 45 days by SAL. And We would like you to understand that we can’t send the item you ordered at once. Our packing and shipping days are Tuesday and Friday. The ordered item will be held till the shipping day. For example, if you order some item by SAL on Saturday, we will pack and ship them next Tuesday, it already takes 3days, so it might take at least 10 days or at most 48 days ( it rarely happens however). Q: I made a mistake about method of shipping. What shall I do? A: Just cancel the order and try to order again. We will accept the cancelation just before the item has been shipped. Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. Q: Are there any way to know the schedule of coming items? A: Even for us, it is impossible to predict when new items or resock items will come next. However, Mr.S might get some announcement from Toyman, our wholesaler, at the Pack and Ship Show on the web, so please visit our web site often. The show also be held on Tuesday and Friday.
