Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Why is there no price difference between SAL, Airmail, and EMS on some items?
A: In most cases, that item can only be shipped via EMS, hence the EMS shipping price on all options.

Q: Can you combine shipping?
Yes. The shipping prices are based on weight and reflect the combined price. Due to size and weight restrictions, some items may have to ship separately via SAL and Airmail. Items shiping via EMS can be shipped in any size box.

Q: What are the shipping times?
A:Shipping times for the selected services are as follows:
-SAL (Surface Air-Lifted) 7 to 45 Days
-Airmail 7 to 10 Days
-Global EMS (Express Mail Service) 3 to 5 Days

-SURFACE 4 to 8 or more weeks
Certain items are too big to ship via SAL or Airmail. Choosing the SAL option will opt to get your item shipped via surface. The Individual listings that this pertains to will note Surface shipping in the description.
